I work for a major Charity in Shrewsbury. When our external security camera stopped working, we were quoted a total of over £300 pounds to have it fixed. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted Gary who has worked on my own house alarm system for the last 8 years. He had it fixed in quick time; a new camera wasn't needed, just a replacement electrical unit.
Gary is not only a very personable young man, he is also very knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend him.

Decided to have a security system and CCTV cameras installed after a recent spate of burglaries in the area. Gary from SST explained the system and advised on the requirements to keep our home safe. The work was carried out quickly,cleanly and with the minimum disruption. No hard sell used and we were given plenty of opportunity to get familiar with the setup. Very pleased with this product and SST in general. Feel the after care will be just as good as the installation which to us is a sign of a good business. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service Arrived on time and installed my system without any issues. Good service did all the cleaning up, very pleased with the result. 

Job well done I called Gary Huntbach reporting a fault in our Kitchen PIR. He attended to that call immediately and fixed the problem. 2 days later the same fault reappeared and this time he needed to replace the unit. There was no fuss and he did the job in less than 10 minutes. I paid him the cost of the unit and a small labour charge.
The technician is polite and more importantly, competent.

Gary and Jon fitted an alarm and cctv system to my house 5 years ago and have maintained them since that time. Their service has been first class throughout. Their technical knowledge has been excellent, they are responsive and extremely helpful and they charge reasonable prices for what they do. Two of my friends have also used Sentinel , and are similarly impressed. I have no connection with the company, other than being a very satisfied customer. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

brilliant service Sentinel Security fixed my alarm system today, taking it over from another company. The service from the outset was professional, friendly and reasonable.
The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and also extremely tidily. Apart from the new box on the wall in the dining room (which looks better) and a new box to the outside of the premises (which also looks better) you would not know anyone had been drilling and running cables in the house at all.
