Professional,prompt, friendly and knowledgeable I highly recommend SST. They installed an alarm system for me very promptly, as I only had a 2 day window to get it done. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the thorough way they explained everything they would do and they then sent a comprehensive written quote with total costs. They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up after very thing they did. I was showed exactly how to use the system. It is simple to understand, which is important to me. Job well done I called Gary Huntbach reporting a fault in our Kitchen PIR. He attended to that call immediately and fixed the problem. 2 days later the same fault reappeared and this time he needed to replace the unit. There was no fuss and he did the job in less than 10 minutes. I paid him the cost of the unit and a small labour charge.
The technician is polite and more importantly, competent.
